We are starting our first ivf cycle next month and i have been reading too much online. saw that ectopic can still happen even with ivf and now im so worried. is there anything that actually reduces the chance?

This is really not something to manage at home, it needs medical monitoring. After my issue the doctors watched my early hcg levels carefully. Pls stay in close touch with ur specialist and go for every early scan they ask.
