We are trying this month and suddenly i have this mild cold and blocked nose feeling. My period is still a week away so cant test yet. Just wondering if anyone noticed this before their bfp or am i overthinking again.
I had a cold right around when I found out I was pregnant, made me wonder too. Did others feel a bit run down early on? I wasnt sure if it was related or just a regular cold.
I felt blocked nose early in pregnancy and managed with steam and warm fluids. But cough and cold by themselves dont confirm anything. If you get high fever or it lingers, please see your doctor, dont self medicate.
Some women do feel slightly more stuffy or catch colds early on because immunity shifts a bit, but cold and cough alone are not a reliable pregnancy sign. The sure signs are missed period and a positive test. Test after your period is due.
