Is lower abdominal pain in early pregnancy normal?
im around 6 weeks and getting this dull pain in lower pet on and off. Not too much but enough to make me nervous yaar. Is this a normal thing or should I call my doc?
Thoda bahut mitha-mitha dard toh normal hota hai, humare yahan kehte hain ki bacha jagah bana raha hai. Par beta agar dard bahut tez ho ya khoon aaye, toh turant doctor didi ke paas jana.
I had mild menstrual-like cramps in the first few weeks, which is just the uterus expanding. But if it's severe, sharp, or on one side, please do get it checked by your doctor to be safe.
My mother suggested drinking warm milk for mild stretching pain, which is normal as the uterus grows. But if the pain is severe or you see any spotting, please trust your doctor and visit them immediately.
When I felt twinges in week 6, I immediately called my hospital coordinator. They explained that mild stretching is fine, but severe pain needs a prompt scan. Don't hesitate to contact your doctor's clinic directly.
Yes, mild stretching pain can happen. Sometimes gas and constipation also cause lower tummy pain, so eat fiber-rich food and stay hydrated. But check with your gynac if the pain is sharp or continuous.
My tracker app noted that mild round ligament pain is common in early weeks. However, it also warned that severe pain could mean ectopic pregnancy or other risks, so please check with your doctor to rule out anything serious.
Mild cramping can be normal, but having gone through a loss before, I would say never take abdominal pain lightly. If it is persistent or accompanied by back pain or spotting, please call your gynac right away.
