What are the early signs of pregnancy after conception?
We tried this cycle and now im in that anxious waiting phase, reading too much into every little thing my body does. how soon do signs even start showing after conception and what were the first ones u noticed? still few days for my test.
For me the first thing I felt was sore tender breasts and being tired all the time. Then a missed period and that wave of nausea. I felt something was different even before the test confirmed it.
Missed period is the big one, plus sore breasts, tiredness, frequent peeing and food smells bothering you. With both kids I just knew from the tiredness. But honestly only a test confirms it, signs alone arent enough.
I had light cramps and felt bloated and super sleepy in the first weeks. I kept thinking it was just PMS. Did anyone else mix it up with period symptoms at first?
Haan the early signs are so similar to periods na, thats the confusing part. Mere saath bhi tiredness and tender breasts were the first hints. Best to just test after the period is late.
