I'm in my third trimester now and already noticing so many changes, so getting a bit curious about what happens later. After delivery and feeding, do they go back to normal or stay changed forever? Mommies who've been through it, pls share ur experience na.
They change a lot due to hormones, but please check with your gynac if you feel any hard lumps or have severe pain. It's always better to be safe and let the doctor examine than to ignore it.
They do get a bit saggy and soft after breastfeeding, but it's a beautiful sign of what your body did. My normal delivery was a long journey and this is just another part of motherhood, wear it with pride!
Honestly, they have a mind of their own now! One day they are like heavy rocks and the next day they look deflated, I am too tired to even look in the mirror half the time. Invest in good nursing bras, u will need them badly.
I have heard they get heavy, but I'm just focusing on my mild prenatal yoga and daily walks for now. My doc allowed only light walking, and it really helps with body circulation, which might ease breast soreness too.
There is a lot of change, but don't waste too much money buying fancy maternity bras early on. Just buy a couple of basic ones first because your size will keep changing and those hospital delivery bills are already so high.
I am planning my pregnancy now and honestly these changes sound so intimidating! Does the size go back to normal after some months or does it stay like that forever?
