For me it felt like heaviness and a sore tender feeling, like before periods but stronger and it didnt go away. I felt them fuller too. Thats when I suspected and tested.
Could be the tender heavy feeling, but yaar dont diagnose from boobs only haha. They hurt before periods too. Just test if your date is missed, much easier than guessing.
