What to eat during pregnancy for healthy and fair baby?
Im 5 months along and everyone at home keeps suggesting different foods for a fair baccha, saffron milk and all. I mostly care about healthy tbh but thought of asking. What did you mommies eat?
Now that my baby is a toddler, I can tell you that their smile is the most beautiful thing, not their skin tone. Don't worry about those old coconut or saffron myths. Just enjoy your meals and stay happy!
When I had severe nausea, I could barely eat anything, let alone specific foods for skin color! My doc said as long as baby is getting basic nutrients, color doesn't matter. Just eat whatever you can digest easily.
My MIL keeps telling me to drink saffron milk for a fair baby! I am in my 2nd trimester and honestly, I just want my baby to be healthy. Does anyone else get pressured about this "fair skin" thing at home?
I am planning to conceive soon and my mom is already making a list of foods. But is there really any science behind food affecting skin color? I think a healthy baby is all we should wish for.
Haan yaar, ye gora baby wala myth toh har ghar me chalta hai! Honestly, baby ka color completely genetics par depend karta hai. Bas healthy khao na, doodh aur dry fruits dadi-nani ke bolne pe khao par baby ki health ke liye.
Scientifically, baby's skin color is determined at conception by DNA. My pregnancy app showed that eating a balanced diet with protein, iron, and folic acid is what actually helps in healthy brain and organ development. Focus on that!
Honestly, after going through a loss, I realized baby's color doesn't matter at all. Just pray for a healthy, full-term baby. Eat plenty of fruits, dry fruits, and green veggies for their proper growth.
I know there is so much family pressure about how the baby will look, and it can make you so anxious. Please ignore those comments. Your baby will be beautiful no matter what. Just eat healthy for their proper development.
