Not asking to find out boy or girl, just genuinely curious about when it actually gets decided. Im in my first trimester and everyone at home keeps making their guesses haha. At what stage is it already fixed?
The gender is actually decided right at conception, depending on the sperm. So its set from day one biologically. My doctor said the physical parts just develop and become visible on scan later, but the decision happened at fertilisation itself.
It's fixed the moment the egg is fertilised, nothing you eat or do after changes it. All those gharelu tricks people tell you are just myths. It's settled at conception, simple.
It's already decided at conception, completely out of our hands, which I find peaceful honestly. Just take good care and stay positive. A healthy baby is the real blessing, the rest is as God wills.
Oh I read about this, it's determined at conception by the chromosomes, so basically straight away. Nothing afterwards influences it. The scans much later just reveal what was already set.
