Just found out im pregnant, around 6 weeks. Totally confused what to eat, everyone is telling different different things. Can someone share what u included daily?
For me, simple home-cooked food was the best, like dal, chawal, lots of green veggies, and fresh fruits. I also kept coconut water and handful of almonds handy for mid-day hunger. I didn't follow any strict diet, just tried to avoid junk and oily stuff as much as possible.
Please focus on eating fresh fruits, boiled eggs, and dairy products like paneer or curd, they are very good for the baby's growth. Take small meals throughout the day so you don't get acidity.
You need a good balance of protein, calcium, and iron right now. Include items like lentils, leafy greens, milk, and seasonal fruits in your daily meals. Also, make sure everything is thoroughly washed and cooked to avoid any foodborne infections.
Honestly, don't overcomplicate it by trying to eat fancy superfoods. Just stick to a high-protein diet with eggs, sprouts, paneer, and whole grains, and keep yourself hydrated with lots of water. And yes, absolutely stay away from raw papaya, pineapple, and unpasteurized cheese!
