Almost daily mujhe ek dull headache rehta hai since this trimester started, never had this before pregnancy. Is it hormones or BP or what? Just curious what causes it, anyone else getting these?
Haan na, headaches toh bahut common hain pregnancy mein! Hormones upar neeche hote rehte hain aur blood volume bhi badhta hai na. Main toh bas pani zyada peeti thi aur thoda rest karti thi. Lekin agar bohot zyada ho toh doc ko bata dena ek baar, achha rahega.
Pregnancy changes your whole body, and hormones play a big role in everything, even headaches. Sometimes it's just dehydration or fatigue from all the new demands on your body. I'd say try to rest and drink water, but if they are persistent or very severe, it's always wise to mention it to your doctor during your checkup.
Pregnancy-induced headaches are quite common, usually attributed to hormonal fluctuations, increased blood volume, and sometimes even stress or dehydration. While often harmless, it's crucial to differentiate normal discomfort from anything more concerning. Always discuss persistent or severe headaches with your doctor to ensure everything is fine, especially your blood pressure.
Oh, my darling, I totally understand how frustrating and painful pregnancy headaches can be. It's like your body is going through so much and then this too. Please know you're not alone in feeling this. Mostly it's hormones but do tell your doctor about it, just to be safe and get reassurance.
Beta, pregnancy mein bahut saare badlav hote hain body mein, isiliye sar dard ho sakta hai. Kabhi blood pressure change hota hai, kabhi hormones upar neeche hote hain. Thoda rest lo, aur adrak wali chai try kar sakti ho, par agar zyada ho toh doctor ko zaroor pooch lena.
I had a very difficult pregnancy with several complications, so I learned to be super cautious. Headaches can be due to many reasons, some normal, some not. If they're severe or unusual, please don't wait and talk to your gynac to rule out anything serious like high BP. Better safe than sorry.
Headaches? Honey, with twins, I had constant headaches and forgot which head was hurting! It's usually hormonal changes or dehydration during pregnancy, but if it feels like your head is about to explode, definitely tell your doctor. Don't try to be a superwoman, rest and check-ups are key.
Yaar, headaches are super common, especially in the first trimester. Actually, it's mostly because of hormonal changes and increased blood volume. Just make sure you're hydrated and getting enough rest. But if it's really bad or persistent, you should totally check with your gynac, okay?
