Haan na, why not? Ghar pe banake khao mast, hot aloo puri with curd is best. Outside oil can cause infection, ho na? So home-made is best.
High BP is actually quite serious in pregnancy, yaar. Just don't take any stress, cut down on salty junk food, and definitely check with your gynac today itself.
It's just a test to check for bacterial infections, usually done through urine. Completely normal and very common!
There is no fixed rule actually, families start it different times. I asked my gynac and she said a tiny amount after first trimester is fine for most. Doctor advice is really the safest here.
My gynac explained it is because most women dont know the exact day of conception, but they do remember their last period. So doctors count from the first day of the last period as a reliable common starting point. The dating scan then adjusts it if needed.
