I lived on the second floor without a lift, so I had to climb stairs daily during my early pregnancy. It is generally safe, just listen to your body and don't rush. Take a break on the landing if you feel out of breath or tired.

I completely understand worrying about how to eat dry fruits safely, I used to google everything too! Honestly, soaking them overnight makes them easier to digest and less 'heating'. Just start with one or two, you are doing great.
My mother-in-law used to say I must eat for two and gain lots of weight, but my doctor advised that 10 to 12 kg is standard. I trusted my gynac and kept my meals balanced with ragi and ghee. Every body is different, so discuss with your doctor once.
I immediately called the emergency desk at my hospital when I had a similar doubt. It's best to call your gynac's team, they are very helpful.
