When I asked for Eno, my saas told me to avoid it and gave me cold milk with fennel seeds (saunf) instead. Eno has a lot of sodium which isn't great during late pregnancy, so do check with your doctor before taking it.
I completely understand the stress, I was terrified of even having one sip of chai thinking it would harm my baby. But honestly, one small cup of ghar ki chai daily is perfectly fine. Just don't overdo it because of the caffeine, and keep yourself relaxed.
Beta, don't take strong medicines unless it is absolutely necessary and the doctor has written it down. For a simple cough, try warm turmeric milk or gargling with salt water first, but do show your doctor if you have a fever.
Honestly, in my case I became so paranoid about skin products after what happened. I stopped using chemical sunscreens altogether and switched to baby safe mineral ones like physical zinc based ones. Pls ask your gynac once, safe rehana sabse best hai is phase mein.
Omg please call your gynac right away, even reading about dizziness makes me so nervous! What if your BP is dropping too low or your iron is down? Sit down immediately, don't walk around alone, and let the doctor check you.
