My doctor told me that calcium is very important for my baby's development. I want to make sure I'm getting enough. How much calcium intake is recommended per day during pregnancy?
Im close to my due date and keep hearing about cervix opening before delivery. Matlab when does this start happening exactly? Bit nervous about labour so trying to understand the process.
