Boiled eggs are very healthy but pls make sure they are hard boiled and not runny at all. Since I had a miscarriage before, I became super paranoid about food safety. Even slightly raw eggs can have bacteria, so boil them really well before eating.

My amma used to say have walnuts and almonds together in the morning, soaked. I just ate a few plain too on busy days. Moderation is the key, anything in excess isnt great na.
