Please do not take any allergy pills without asking your gynac first. Self-medication is really risky during these months, even for common colds. Just give your doctor a quick call to find out what is safe for you.
Stay positive and take good care of yourself, that matters a lot. We did our part with folic acid and healthy routine and left the rest with faith. Don't lose hope, your time will come.
Ugh that bone in front that aches like crazy? Yes I have it. Turning in bed feels like a whole workout now, I literally roll like a log. Apparently very normal in later months.
