Hello everyone, my husband and I are trying to conceive. How soon after conception can a pregnancy test actually detect pregnancy accurately? Should I wait until my period is fully missed?
I've been having a lot of indigestion and heartburn lately, which is unusual for me. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy, or is it just a coincidence?
