A reading of 120/80 is generally normal for most pregnant women. Just take rest, eat less salty food, and check with your doctor during your regular visits.
My doctor told me to take folic acid in the first trimester, but now in my second, she changed my supplements. Is everyone else still taking it or did your gynac change your vitamins too?
Oh actually, this happened to me too! I got a negative first and then a positive 3 days later. Has anyone else here had a false negative even after a week of missed periods?
Yes, you can eat it, but in limit. Kharvas or junnu is highly nutritious, but since it is made from the first milk of a cow, it's very heavy. Just eat a small piece occasionally to satisfy your craving, and make sure it is completely cooked at home.
Having PCOS, I had to be super careful about blood sugar spikes during pregnancy. Plain glucose can raise your sugar very quickly, which isn't great. I would suggest coconut water or fresh lime water with very little sugar instead.
