In my experience, eating soaked walnuts and almonds daily really helped prepare my body for a healthy pregnancy. Even now while breastfeeding, I continue eating them for good nutrition.
I had severe constipation and piles, which was worsened by my thyroid issues during pregnancy. Keeping up with my thyroid meds and drinking 3 liters of water daily helped. Definitely keep your gynac in the loop during your regular follow-ups so it doesn't get worse.
Common enough, but get the cream from your doc, dont self pick.
I focused on iron rich foods like greens, ragi and dates but watched the sugary jaggery bit due to my sugar levels. Pairing with lemon water helped absorption. Honestly let your doctor guide the supplement dose, food just supports it.
I used a little mood journal in my pregnancy app and it actually helped me see patterns. Sleep and food made a big difference for me. Some calm music and breathing also helped on the bad days.
