I've been having frequent nosebleeds lately, which is not normal for me. I'm also suspecting I might be pregnant. Can nosebleeds be a sign of early pregnancy?

Im about 6 weeks and keep getting this dull pulling pain in my lower belly, mostly on one side. Its not very strong but it makes me nervous since its my first pregnancy. Is this normal in the beginning or should i mention it to my gynac? anyone else felt this early on?
