We are planning for a baby and a friend told me to start folic acid even before getting pregnant. Does it actually help in conceiving or is it just for after? Want to understand before I start.
My protein intake is really low these days and i used to take whey before. Now im 20 weeks and not sure if its ok to continue during pregnancy. Anyone else still using it?
Since the second trimester ive noticed way more discharge than before and its a bit uncomfortable. Not sure if its something i can manage or if i should just leave it. Anyone else dealing with this?
Read this term somewhere and it scared me a little. I keep wondering what actually causes it and whether there are signs you'd notice. Just trying to understand it better, not having any issue right now thankfully.
