They are totally fine to eat! Don't worry, a watermelon won't start growing in your tummy like we used to joke when we were kids.
During my pregnancy, I had to watch everything I ate due to high sugar levels. Methi is actually known to help with blood sugar, but dry kasuri methi in food is just for taste, so it won't impact much. Just make sure u keep track of your overall diet if u are monitoring your sugar.
I have some on my ankles too, but I'm currently too busy eating my favorite pani puri to care! They usually go away or fade after delivery, so just chill.
I am also very confused about this because my MIL told me to avoid til laddoos during our trying phase. I don't want to do anything wrong, so I am staying away from them for now. It is better to be safe and eat other healthy seeds like pumpkin seeds.
Just eat healthy ghar ka khana, read good books, and listen to pleasant music. These simple habits keep you relaxed and help in baby's brain development naturally.
