Im 30 weeks and at last scan doc said baby ka weight is thoda on the lower side. Now Im a bit tensed and want to eat better, not junk but actual good stuff. What did u all eat that really helped?
Whole family stopped me from eating papaya the moment they found out im pregnant. But nobody could tell me the actual reason behind it. Just want to understand why it is said to be harmful.
