My doctor mentioned scheduling a sonogram for me soon. I've heard the term before, but I'm not entirely sure what a sonogram for pregnancy is and what it shows. Can someone explain it simply?
Been craving khatta stuff lately and amchur makes my sabzi so nice. But thoda doubt aa raha hai if these tangy powders are fine during pregnancy. Anyone using it normally in cooking? Im 2nd tri.
