This is really a question for your doctor, not the internet. Most positive tests are simply pregnancy. If something is off, the gynac will do a blood test and scan to figure it out, please dont stress alone over rare possibilities.
Wait till you actually miss your period, then test with first morning urine. Testing before that often shows negative even if you are pregnant. Patience hi best hai yaar.
First of all your feelings are completely valid, this stuff is scary. But guessing online will only stress you more. Please get the hcg test, the doctor will give you a clear answer.
Home kit with morning urine is the easiest way. Cheap and quick.
