Honestly, I never had an ectopic pregnancy myself but my cousin went through it and she had to visit the hospital urgently. It is not something to wait out at home. Please talk to your gynecologist as soon as possible for proper guidance.
I am still trying to conceive but I've been reading up on this a lot. The baby is safely protected inside, so please don't be scared. Maybe try drinking warm water, I hope you feel better soon.
My doctor suggested Mother's Horlicks instead of regular Women's Horlicks because it has higher folic acid, DHA, and iron suited for pregnancy. Just watch out for the sugar content if your doctor has asked you to limit sweets.
My doctor said we can eat mostly everything in moderation, but oily fried items like aloo puri should be limited because they cause heavy acidity and heartburn during pregnancy. Make sure the oil is clean if eating outside.
It's safe to do this test in pregnancy, and yes it can come positive if you have latent TB or had BCG vaccine earlier. Just run it by your doc, don't play doctor on Google with two babies on your mind!
