I suspect I might be pregnant and I'm in my first month. What are the reliable ways to test for pregnancy this early, beyond just a home kit?
My job is desk work so i sit for long hours. Now my belly is showing and i get confused about right way to sit. Whats the proper posture in second trimester? any tips welcome.
