I use skincare products with retinoids for my skin, but now that I'm pregnant, I'm concerned about their safety. Are retinoids safe to use during pregnancy, or should I stop using them?
Trying to conceive since almost a year and my doc mentioned egg quality could be a factor. Im 34. What did you ladies do diet or lifestyle wise to help with this? any honest tips welcome.
