I felt so sensitive to smells during my early pregnancy, and the scent of naphthalene balls literally made me feel so sick. When I read online that those chemicals are not safe, I immediately threw them all out. It's just not worth taking any risk with our little ones.

Honestly, I'm too tired to cook complex meals now in my 3rd trimester! But my mom made me bajre ki roti last week and it actually helped with my constant constipation. It's super filling too, just drink lots of water with it.
Please dont stress about the physical changes dear, your body is doing such a beautiful job preparing a home for your baby. My doctor told me the hip bones naturally widen to make delivery easier. Take care of yourself, this phase is precious.
