Hi everyone, I want to stay active and fit throughout my pregnancy. What are some safe and effective ways to get fit and maintain health during this time? Looking for practical tips.
Home test showed a very faint line and im not fully convinced, want to do a blood test to be sure. Never done this for pregnancy before so no idea which test exactly. Can someone tell me what i should ask the lab for?
