Suno, normal sabji ki tarah thoda khao toh bilkul safe hai. Par sugar theek karne ke chakkar mein roz juice mat peene lagna, moderation is key.

Soya milk in moderate amounts is fine, I drank it sometimes when I wanted variety. Just dont go overboard with soya products daily. Balance it with regular milk and other proteins.
