Mine started around week 6 and I kept worrying it was too much. Did others also feel it stronger in the evenings rather than mornings? I am in second trimester now and it is finally calming down, thankfully.
I totally understand wanting to do everything right in this month. Just take care of yourself with good food, rest and a little walking, and don't forget to enjoy the small movements you might start feeling soon. It's such a special time, be gentle with yourself.
Keep it simple in the start, dal, roti, sabzi, fruits, curd, plenty of water. Your folic acid tablet daily is the main thing, dont skip it. Eat small frequent meals if nausea hits, that worked for both my pregnancies.
