Symptoms usually begin around the 5th or 6th week as your hormones change. It's just your body's way of setting up a cozy home for the baby. Stay positive, eat fresh food, and don't stress if your symptoms are mild.

Pomegranate is one of the best fruits for pregnancy, helps with hemoglobin. I had it through both pregnancies. Fresh is better than packed juice though.
